🌸 Who I Am
About the Artist

Hello! I’m Veronica M. Morris, founder and artist at Rise and Shine Permanent Makeup Studio in Georgetown, Texas. I’m a native Texan who moved to this beautiful community in 2012, and it’s truly become home — a place where I’m grateful to help others feel confident and radiant every day.
Before opening my studio, I gained diverse experience working in unique environments, including a radio station, NASA, and TxDOT. Each role taught me the importance of precision, communication, and attention to detail — qualities that now shape my approach as a permanent makeup artist.
I am a licensed cosmetologist and hold a Texas tattoo license, along with four levels of permanent makeup certifications, including three advanced master classes. My training covers microblading, powder brows, eyeliner, lip blush, and color theory, and I’m constantly expanding my skills to stay on top of the latest techniques and safety standards.
Continuous learning is one of my greatest passions. I believe artistry grows every day through education, hands-on practice, and truly listening to my clients’ goals. My mission is to create natural, timeless results that make you look — and feel — your absolute best.My goal is to highlight your unique features while ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process. I am committed to using high-quality numbing agents and pigments.
Whether you’re interested in eyebrow microblading, eyeliner enhancement, or lip tinting, I am here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we will create a look that complements your style and enhances your natural beauty.
Thank you for considering my services—I look forward to helping you feel your best every day!

Artistry You Can See, Confidence You Can Feel
Rise and Shine Permanent Makeup Studio meets and exceeds all state health and safety requirements, providing clients with a professionally maintained environment for every procedure.
Licensed by Texas State Department of Health
In Texas, all permanent makeup and tattoo studios are required to be licensed by The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Each studio must submit a zoning permit letter, pay the state licensing fee, and undergo annual Health Department inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Sterile & Safe Environment
If the artist you choose does not have a license then they are tattooing illegally and their establishment has not been inspected by The Texas State Health Department inspectors. All needles and cartridges are brand new, sterile, and single-use for each client.
Since 2012
With master-level training, over 17 years of experience, and thousands of satisfied clients, I bring both artistry and precision to every permanent makeup procedure.
